I’ll admit, I’m picky about haircuts, so I don’t say this lightly, but they manage to give me the same solid cut every time I go. I keep thinking I might try somewhere else, but it comes out right, so I haven’t had much reason to

"Really nice staff and GOOD service"
The staff was super friendly and got me helped quickly. I did have to wait a little bit, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the service was GOOD and I’d definitely come back.

"I went to HairMasters just needing a..."
I went to HairMasters just needing a trim and some layers, nothing too major. I can’t remember the stylist’s name, but she was really good about listening and actually made a few suggestions for my thick hair that made sense.
The only thing was the wait ended up being longer than I thought, even though I had checked in. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying. The cut turned out nice though, and she definitely seemed like she knew what she was doing, so I’d probably go back

The staff were really nice and friendly while I was there, which I appreciated. But after I made the payment, I started feeling a bit unsure and couldn’t fully trust how things were being handled

There was a mix-up with my appointment, which was annoying because the communication wasn’t very clear at first. I wasn’t sure what was going on or whether my booking was actually confirmed. To be fair, once I got in touch with them, they sorted it out quickly and were nice about it, so that helped a lot.

I stopped in for a quick trim and left happy. The price was fair, nobody tried to upsell me on anything, and my hair came out clean and neat. For what I paid, it was a really good deal. I mean, compared to some of the pricier places...

"Price was clear before I booked"
I liked that the price was shown clearly before I booked. No weird extra fees popped up or anything like that, so it felt straight forward.

I wasn’t happy with my visit. It felt like everything was rushed, and I didn’t really feel listened to?? I left feeling disappointed and just not great about the whole experience.

I regret stopping in here. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and the chairs were sticky, which made the whole place feel uncomfortable

I booked online and didn’t have to wait long at all. I think I was only sitting there for maybe five minutes before they called me back, which was a nice surprise. My brother goes to a place that always runs behind, so I was kind of expecting the same, but everything here was right on time. Got my haircut, was out quicker than I thought, and I was happy with how it turned out

"Pretty color, but I’m still a little unsure"
I got my hair colored here last week, and overall I do like how it turned out. The shade is close to what I wanted and looks natural, not too dark or anything weird. It did take longer than I expected, and the ends needed some extra toner, which made me wonder a bit about the process. I’m also not totally sure yet how well the color will hold up, but for now it looks good. I’d probably go back again

"I got my hair cut at Hair..."
I got my hair cut at Hair Masters i’m happy with how it turned out. I asked for a trim with some layers, and the stylist actually listened instead of taking off way more than I wanted, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to lose too much length.
The ends look clean and my hair feels lighter, but it still feels like my hair, if that makes sense. I did have to touch up my bangs a tiny bit at home, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall it was a nice cut and I’d go back rather than risk ending up with something worse somewhere else.

I tried walking in because, you know, that’s kind of the point of a walk-in. Waited around forever, only to be told I should come back another day. Super convenient, obviously.
"Booking was surprisingly easy"
I was able to book a haircut for the next day without any hassle. They had a few time slots open, so I didn’t have to rearrange my whole day around it. I’m usually a little skeptical when places say scheduling is “easy” because customer service can be a mess, but this was actually straightforward.
